SEA Launches FlyWell@SEA Program

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) is launching a new campaign, FlyWell@SEA, to boost the confidence and sense of control for travelers with programs and services aimed a creating a less stressful experience from curb to gate.

FlyWell@SEA will educate passengers on the actions, programs and facilities that deliver an enhanced and efficient customer experience in five categories: health and safety; boosting knowledge on how to avoid lines and add predictability; staying fulfilled with dining options, holistic retail or water refill stations; spaces like the Sensory Room, nursing suites and art programs; and care, including Lost & Found, as well as the growing team of Pathfinders, volunteers and customer experience specialists.

“Travel is stressful. We get it. And we want to make it better,” said Lance Lyttle, SEA managing director. “Travel during the pandemic showed us that health and safety must also include mental health and stress management. SEA is leveling up to help you tap into ways to increase the predictability of your journey along with peace of mind.”

The airport is encouraging travelers to subscribe to FlySEA for monthly news for travelers including the upcoming opening of the SEA International Arrivals Facility. SEA officials forecast that airport traffic will return to 95 percent of pre-COVID levels in 2022.
