SEA Launches OrderSEA with Servy

Seattle-Tacoma International (SEA) has launched OrderSEA, a mobile food ordering service that includes gate delivery, in partnership with Servy and its Grab Airport Marketplace technology.

Following a soft rollout this summer, 15 restaurants at SEA are available for mobile or online ordering through OrderSEA, including Trail Head BBQ & Bar, Rel’Lish Burger Lounge, McDonald’s, Capitol Hill Food Hall, and Pei Wei, with more being added in the coming months. Some travelers will even receive gate delivery from the OrderSEA robot, gita.

“Technology can make your airport experience more flexible and less stressful,” said Port of Seattle Commissioner Sam Cho. “OrderSEA means travelers can skip standing in a crowded line, the least fun and most stressful part of any trip.”

Newly opened Tundra Taqueria, operated by Concessions International in the N Gates, is among the recently added participants to the OrderSEA program.

“This service allows us to reach many guests that may not be inclined to, or have the time for, a full ‘in-restaurant’ dining experience while traveling,” said Evan Ault, Concessions International director of operations. “It also integrates with our point-of-sale systems in most locations to make transactions and payments seamless on our end”
