Port of Seattle
Airport Dining and Retail at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport
Competitive Evaluation Process
The Port of Seattle, the owner and operator of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (Sea-Tac Aiport), is seeking businesses to develop and operate airport shops and restaurants at Sea-Tac Airport.
The Port of Seattle invites submittals from established and responsible business entities that have demonstrated expertise in the development and operation of stores or restaurants that would be a good fit for the award-winning airport dining and retail program at Sea-Tac Airport.
Interested business entities will be required to participate in a competitive process by submitting a proposal that meets the requirements defined in the Competitive Evaluation Process (CEP) materials that have been released by the Port of Seattle. After release of the CEP, the Port will provide an opportunity for interested entities to tour the airport terminal to view the locations available for lease and the Port will conduct a training session for businesses that are new to the competitive airport leasing process and running a business at an airport. The dates for both opportunities will be published on the Sea-Tac Airport leasing website: http://lease.seatacshops.com/
Copies of the CEP materials may be obtained on the Sea-Tac Airport leasing website http://lease.seatacshops.com/ or by contacting AirProjects, Inc., at [email protected].
