At the RTAA, the Senior Manager of Properties is a key member of the AED team, managing and overseeing the development, planning, and coordination of a comprehensive property management and tenant relations program that includes airline tenants, concessions, general aviation, and government entities, to enhance and diversify non-airline revenue and passenger experience. The Senior Manager of Properties reports to, and provides highly responsible and complex staff assistance to, the Vice-President of AED, and is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities and directing the work of professional staff to meet established goals and objectives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in economic or community development, business administration, public administration, political science, economics, finance, marketing, or related field.
Required Experience: Five (5) years of full-time, progressively responsible, professional experience in airport property management which must include comprehensive experience in the management of airport concessions and airline agreements, and two (2) years of supervisory experience in the public sector.
Required Licensing: A valid driver’s license is required at the time of application.
