Self-service hospitality platform Servy has been acquired by Bangalore, India-based technology company GrayMatter Software Services. Servy, which was founded in 2014, currently provides mobile ordering technology in more than 80 airports worldwide. GrayMatter, founded in 2006, specializes in data science, digital transformation, data governance and analytics for airport industry companies.
