The two-year lease will grant the winning concept 400 square feet in the domestic parking garage to operate a food truck concept. With a minimum annual guarantee (MAG) of $35,000 and a minimum annual gross sales requirement of $100,000, all bidders are required to have spent at least two of the last three years operating a food truck, whether in a management or ownership capacity.
