San Francisco International Airport (SFO) has released a Request for Proposals for a specialty retail location in Terminal 1. The space is roughly 320 square feet, and offers are due October 17.
The RFP lists a seven-year lease with two one-year options. The minimum bid is listed as a $124,000 minimum annual guarantee, and the base rent will be the higher of the MAG or a tiered percentage rent.
Although the offer does not specify the type of specialty retail the airport is looking for, it does list a few restrictions: no bath and beauty, sunglasses, news or electronics. The unit location in Terminal 1 is among other retailers already specializing in the listed products.
