SITA has named Randy Pizzi its president of the Americas division.
Pizzi was with Rockwell Collins/Arinc, where he held various positions, such as managing director of the Asia Pacific Division in Singapore and vice president of international business.
“Randy brings extensive industry experience and a deep understanding of the competitive challenges facing airlines and airports today,” says Francesco Violante, CEO of SITA. “I am confident he will be instrumental in driving growth for SITA in the region by helping our customers remain competitive, efficient and profitable.”
Pizzi will be based in SITA’s Americas headquarters in Atlanta; he will be responsible for establishing and managing the company’s strategic direction in the region.
