Airport Experience News has selected Brad Wolfe, commercial manager for the Salt Lake City Department of Airports, as its 2023 Property Manager of the Year. A concessions executive for 16 years, Wolfe has led the concessions expansion and revitalization at Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) as part of The New SLC project.
“The new concessions program at SLC is a vibrant and exciting experience for travelers,” said Melissa K. Montes, vice president and publisher of Airport Experience News. “Brad Wolfe and his team have successfully showcased many of the best offerings in our industry. I look forward to seeing the next phases come to fruition.”
Wolfe joined SLC in 1995 in the human resources division before transitioning to commercial property management in 2007. He has been involved in The New SLC from the beginning – from early design, through construction, to helping with the overnight transition of rental car and concession tenants from old facilities to new. His involvement continues as more phases of development are planned and constructed that will add additional capacity as well as new concession opportunities.
