Smashburger Taps Innovative Strategies To Help Expand Airport Presence

Smashburger has brought in Innovative Strategies to help the company expand its restaurant presence in the non-traditional concessions market, especially in U.S. airports.

The eatery has a menu that includes certified Angus beef that is smashed to order, as well as a variety of regional recipes, chicken sandwiches, salads, side items, craft beers and hand-spun milkshakes.
