Vinoteca Wine & Tapas bar and Mad Town Gastropub are two new concepts SSP America is opening at Dane County Regional (MSN). Metcalfe’s Local to Go and Ancora Artisan Coffee & Tea are also being expanded.
SSP America was awarded a 10-year lease at MSN in May 2016.
Vinoteca Wine & Tapas will serve wine, local beer and handcrafted cocktails. Mad Town Gastropub will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu will feature fresh, sustainable dishes created by Chef Tory Miller.
