Anthony Montepare has been named chief procurement officer for North America at SSP America. He was previously procurement head.
Montepare built a purchasing solution that provides the company with purchasing staff supply chain data, programs and product solutions. The procurement team is tasked with ensuring food safety, traceability, consistent quality, innovation and value.
Montepare is a 30-year veteran of the food service industry. He has held executive positions at Foodbuy LLC and Alliant/US Food Distribution.
