Jim Stump’s Taproom + Kitchen opened this week in Terminal B at San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC).
The restaurant, operated by SSP America, is located near gates 23 and 24. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
The gastropub-style menu features favorites that have made Jim Stump a premier South Bay chef, including lighter fare such as a quinoa and kale salad to the hearty Bolognese.
A list of craft beers, cocktails and wines includes J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines as the house brand.
City and airport leaders celebrated during a ribbon cutting Wednesday. “Today, we not only cut the ribbon on a wonderful new dining experience at SJC, but on a new opportunity to showcase the great talent generated right here in San Jose,” says Director of Aviation John Aitken.
SSP America acquired the concessions contract at SJC in 2019.
