Invitation to Participate in an Information Meeting, Tour, and Networking

Pinellas County is proposing to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Food & Beverage/Retail/Duty Free Concession opportunity at the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport. The Airport is inviting restaurant operators and retail concessionaires interested in participating in this concession opportunity to meet with airport staff, consultants, and each other to discuss and ask questions about the concession program and the RFP process.
The meeting will be a forum to:
- Review PIE’s Food & Beverage/Retail/Duty Free Concession program;
- Learn more about the unique aspects of operating at an airport;
- Meet and greet potential partners;
- Tour of PIE and location of concession areas
Parking will be validated. Please park in the short term lot. Bring the ticket with you to the meeting and remember to have it validated.
OPTIONAL TERMINAL TOUR
Anyone interested in an optional tour of PIE’s terminal and locations of Food & Beverage/Retail/Duty Free Concessions, must email Yvette Aehle ([email protected]) the following information no later than Monday, April 16, 2018:
- Full name as shown on government-issued ID
Participants who do not provide this information may not be permitted to tour the secured areas of the terminal on April 20, 2018.
