HMSHost subsidiary Stellar Partners, Inc. has finalized the acquisition of Pacific Gateway Concessions.
Through the 51-store acquisition across 10 airports, Stellar gains an estimated $85.6M in annualized sales going forward, increasing its diverse portfolio to more than 100 news/convenience and specialty stores in nearly 20 United States airports.
