Lambert-St. Louis International (STL) recognized Keith Burleson, a customer service representative with Air Serv, as the Ambassador of the Year at its Catch Us Giving annual awards reception.
Air Serv is a vendor that provides services to Southwest Airlines in Terminal 2 at STL, and Burleson was chosen for being recognized for providing excellent customer service by passengers and visitors throughout the year. He received accolades from Director Rhonda Hamm-Niebruegge and a monetary gift courtesy of US Bank.
The Catch Us Giving customer service program honors employees who have been recognized by passengers and visitors for going the extra mile in providing service.
“This event is a great time for us to come together as a unit and reinforce the importance of going the extra mile for the passengers we serve,” Hamm-Niebruegge says.
