Subway restaurants opened five airport locations during the fourth quarter of 2010.
The openings, bringing the total number of airport locations to 111, include Changi International (SIN), Fort McMurray Municipal (YMM), Newark Liberty International (EWR), Chicago O’Hare International (ORD) and Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah (SZB).
Don Fertman, director of development, recently appeared on CBS’ “Undercover Boss,” on which company leaders pose as someone trying to get a job within the company to see how operations work.
