Swarovski, Olde Mill Open Licensed Boutique For Crystal Retailer

Swarovski and Olde Mill Co. Inc. have opened a licensed boutique at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall (BWI).

The new airport location will offer Swarovski’s fashion jewelry and watches, as well as home accessories and decor objects.

“Airport locations are highly productive for us and we will continue to focus on the top 30 airports in the United States as potential sites for new licensed boutiques,” said Kipp Acton, vice president of wholesale for Swarovski North America Ltd.’s Consumer Goods Business. “The success of our licensed boutique model depends on partnering with strong retail operators like Olde Mill.”

Olde Mill is an Airport Concessionaire Disadvantaged Business Enterprise.

“Today marks a new chapter for Olde Mill, the opening of our first Swarovski Licensed Boutique,” says Jane Crawford, founder and president of Olde Mill. “The boutique is absolutely stunning, as is the overwhelming response from BWI Marshall travelers.”

The BWI boutique will feature Swarovski’s Crystal Forest retail design concept.

Brett Kelly, vice president of AIRMALL Maryland, which operates the concessions, said the company is “delighted to welcome Swarovski to the concessions line-up at BWI Marshall.”
