Taste Of Mexico Comes To DCA’s Terminal B

Mexican fare is now available in Terminal B at Ronald Reagan Washington National (DCA), with the opening of Qdoba Mexican Grill.

The restaurant, which can be found before the security checkpoints, also features a full-service lounge and bar with cocktails and appetizers.

“By combining the fast-casual artisanal Mexican kitchen that is Qdoba with a sleek full-service lounge and bar, [Hojeij Branded Foods] will meet the needs of both the time-pressed passenger and the leisurely customer,” says Carol K. Hojeij, owner of Hojeij, which will operate the restaurant. “We are excited to bring this combination to DCA and appreciate the opportunity by Westfield Concession Management and MWAA.”

The eatery offers meals prepared on an open grill in front of customers, with meats, beans, vegetables and other ingredients on the menu, as well as its five signature salsas.

“The opening of Qdoba adds culinary variety to our award winning program at DCA, and the bar adds a trendy, appealing design element,” says Ellery Plowman, vice president of business development and leasing for Westfield Concession Management. . “Combined with the proven track record of HBF, Qdoba will truly spice up the dining choices for passengers flying through DCA.”

The lounge/bar offers original drinks and appetizers created by former Walt Disney chef Patrick Fischer. Each of its 65 seats have a power connection, and diners at the bar will have a view of the runway with the nation’s capital in the background.

The restaurant and lounge will be open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
