Tastes On The Fly Brings Food Outlets To BOS

Tastes on the Fly, has opened two restaurant locations at Boston Logan International (BOS).

The 1,200-square-foot Berkshire Farms Market, modeled after the Napa Farms Market at San Francisco International (SFO), will offer farm-fresh salads, sandwiches, artisan cheese platters and other to-go items from local producers who are committed to sustainable, organic quality food.

The company worked with the Berkshire Farm & Table organization and retail marketplace developer Steve Carlin, who was involved in creating the SFO development, to identify vendors who fit in the new program at BOS. Some of the options will include cheeses from Cricket Creek Farm, locally cured meats from New England Charcuterie, maple products from Sweet Brook Farms, and teas from Harney and Sons.

Tastes on the Fly also introduced on the new Terminal B connector Stephanie’s, a sit-down service restaurant with a full bar. The concept brings a two-decade-old Boston landmark from Newbury Street to the airport.

“Our philosophy is that airport travelers should eat as well as any other diner,” says Michael Levine, CEO of Tastes on the Fly. “Berkshire Farms Market and Stephanie’s let us give Logan travelers even more delicious choices.”
