Travelers going through Concourse C at Denver International (DEN) have a new option if they are looking for healthy food.
Tastes on the Fly and Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise operators Innovative Retail Group and Doc1Solutions have opened ModMarket Restaurant; it is the second location at DEN for the eatery.
Food at ModMarket is made from scratch using sustainably sourced ingredients and prepared in less than 10 minutes. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available.
