The Grove Inc. will operate six food and beverage concession locations as a subtenant of HMSHost Corp. at McCarran International (LAS).
“The Grove Inc. will bring an exciting line up of restaurants and operational excellence to McCarran International Airport,” says Anthony Alessi, vice president of business development for HMSHost.
The concepts – Villa Pizza, Nathans Hot Dogs, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Fresh Market On The Go and Lucky Streak at LAS – will be on Concourse C; construction will begin this month and the openings are slated for the spring.
Fresh Market On The Go is TGI’s grab-and-go concept, offering chocolates, beverages, salads, sandwiches and snacks. Lucky Streak at LAS, another proprietary concept, is a lounge that showcases the mystique of the Las Vegas experience.
“We are excited to bring our proprietary brands to a new market and a new airport as part of our subcontractor agreement with HMSHost,” says Michelle Dukler, president and CEO of TGI. “One of our goals is to have Fresh Market On The Go represented throughout the country in airport concession programs.”
