Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW) has given The Grove Inc. the airport’s 2011 Customer Service Champions Award in the Food & Beverage: Snack/Specialty Coffee High Volume division.
The award was presented to TGI on Nov. 16 at the airport’s Concessionaire End of Year Forum.
In particular, TGI earned the award via its Dunkin’ Donuts concession in Terminal A. IT received the highest secret shops scores in 2011 by the airport.
