The Parking Spot Establishes Roots In Baltimore

The Parking Spot has established operations near Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall (BWI).

The near-airport parking company has 34 facilities at 21 airports across the country, including some of the largest in the eastern U.S., such as Philadelphia International (PHL), Newark Liberty International (EWR), John F. Kennedy International (JFK) and LaGuardia (LGA).

The Parking Spot BWI features more than 1,500 spaces. Guests will ride to and from the airport in a yellow and black spotted shuttle.

“We’re excited about introducing The Parking Spot at” BWI, says Mark Wildman, chief marketing officer. “We have a hospitality-driven brand and culture that we look forward to showing to parkers using BWI.”

Jonathan Dean, a spokesman for BWI, says off-airport parking operators are required to purchase annual courtesy/commercial vehicle permits in order to operate. The annual fee is $100 per permit and companies can buy as many as they need depending on service needs and the number of vehicles they operate, he says.
