TPA Adds Uber Eats Ordering

Tampa International Airport (TPA) announced that its TPA to Go mobile-ordering program, which allows guests to purchase food, drinks and other items, is now available on Uber Eats.

Travelers can now use their Uber Eats app to quickly order food, beverage and retail items from restaurants and four retailers while in the airport. Travelers can set TPA as their location before they arrive, choose items from their favorite eatery or shop and have it ready for pickup when they get there. Delivery within the airport is also available.

“We’re thrilled that TPA travelers can now enjoy greater and more convenient access to our award-winning concessions program,” said Laurie Noyes, TPA vice president of concessions and commercial parking. “Our partnership with Uber Eats is another way we’re elevating the guest experience by making shopping and dining at TPA easier and faster, which is a great value for our customers.”

TPA is Uber’s first official U.S. airport partner, after working successfully at Toronto Pearson Airport (YYZ) and in pilot programs at John Glenn Columbus International (CMH) and Charlotte Douglas International (CLT) airports.
