TPA Hospitality Partners, a partnership consisting of Delaware North, Jeff Vinik, Maryann Ferenc, Tyrone Nabbie and Caroline Ellerson, will open Mise en Place and PDQ in Tampa International Airport (TPA) as part of phase one of TPA’s master plan expansion and concessions redevelopment.
Mise en Place is a modern American casual dining restaurant that will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner in TPA’s Airside F. Its offerings will include freshly made entrees, salads, desserts and a full bar. The concept was developed through the partnership with Ferenc, who founded the original Mise en Place in downtown Tampa more than 30 years ago.
PDQ, which stands for People Dedicated to Quality, is a quick-serve concept that specializes in chicken dishes. PDQ will be located in TPA’s Airside C, and its offerings will include chicken tenders, sandwiches, salads, wraps, cookies and milkshakes. PDQ will also serve breakfast daily, with selections like breakfast sandwiches, bowls and “bonuts,” PDQ’s signature combination of biscuit dough and powdered sugar. PDQ was founded in Tampa in 2009. The concept now has more than 60 locations across the United States.
