Adding a twist to the traditional job fair, Tampa International Airport (TPA) will host a happy hour-style Hospitality Hiring Night from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. June 21, on the Hard Rock Cafe patio on Level 3 of the Main Terminal.
Guests will enjoy non-alcoholic “mocktails,” food, music, networking and on-the-spot hiring by companies looking to fill more than 200 open positions for various shifts across the TPA campus.
“We wanted to do something fun and lively that also hits that evening-hour crowd in attracting prospective employees,” said Nina Mahoney TPA senior manager of concessions. “We’re encouraging our current employees to spread the word, bring a friend and help us recruit in a more relaxing environment than your typical job fair.”
