Estefan Kitchen Express and My Ceviche both opened their doors at Miami International (MIA) last week.
Estefan Kitchen Express, located at Gate D-27, offers a menu of healthy grab-and-go Cuban cuisine, as well as a full-service Bortran Rum Mojito Bar. Emilio and Gloria Estefan were present at the grand opening.
“The Estefans are cultural icons and valued corporate partners in our community, so we are thrilled to see the expansion of their brand at MIA,” says Miami-Dade Aviation Director Emilio T. González. “Estefan Kitchen Express adds even more diversity to our North Terminal Marketplace, where we now offer a taste of South Florida culture from eight popular local vendors.”
My Ceviche also opened in the North Terminal Marketplace. The seafood deli has five locations in the Miami area. The location will feature stone crab claws while in season from mid-October to mid-May. The rest of the year, it will prepare and sell frozen stone crab meals and accessories, such as mallets and cracking boards. They will be available for carry-out or shipping.
