Two Le Duff Concepts Earn Airport Spots

La Madeleine Country French Cafe and Brioche Doree, two concepts operated by Le Duff America, have each added a new airport location.

La Madeleine opened its second location at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International (ATL) on April 16 through a partnership with HMSHost Corp. Located before a security checkpoint, the concept brings to ATL the French countryside experience.

“La Madeleine continues to explore expansion opportunities to share our French-inspired bakery cafe experience with new guests near and far,” says Paul Carolan, chief development officer for Le Duff.

At Charlotte Douglas International (CLT), Le Duff’s Brioche Doree opened on the E Concourse April 18. The Parisian-style urban bakery cafe offers menu items ranging from espresso-based coffees and croissant breakfast sandwiches to quiches, pizzas and French-inspired desserts.

“Brioche Doree is not your ordinary fast-food airport fare,” says Sandy Dunn, vice president and general manager of the cafe. “It’s a fresher, healthier option than some of the meals people on the go are accustomed to when at the airport. Everything is made in the cafe.”

Dunn and Judy Ewing-Lonetti, CEO of Ewing Dunn, are business partners of HMSHost.
