Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, as manager of the Terminals A & B retail and dining programs at Newark Liberty International Airport, is pleased to announce duty free concessions opportunities in Terminals A & B.
This competitive evaluation process includes eight duty free concessions opportunities totaling 8,613 square feet. Proposals will be accepted any time before December 19, 2018, by noon EST.
URW and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey are working toward a collective vision of redeveloping the existing Terminal B to showcase the airport’s home state of New Jersey. The transformed customer experience will take travelers through three eclectic and upbeat environments: The Boardwalk, Ironbound and The Garden State. The Boardwalk offers the warm colors and rich patterns that bring the Jersey Shore to life. Lined with homey, boutique shops, the Boardwalk is an exciting place with a relaxed feel and expansive views. Terminal B will capture the urban look and feel of North Jersey in Ironbound, a neighborhood best known for its diverse and multi-cultural nature. It will showcase design elements inspired by metal and brick, as well as vibrant street art. The Ironbound district is sophisticated yet approachable, with culinary treasures that bring diverse flavors and ingredients. The Garden State will incorporate the best flavors that New Jersey has to offer and pay homage to its lush countryside. Upon completion, the reinvented terminal will offer a different kind of Garden State adventure for everyone: artisanal foods, scenic views and the excitement of city life.
