Terminal 3 of San Francisco International (SFO) is now home to Union Street Gastropub, a concept by SSP America.
“Union Street Gastropub is an excellent representation of what SSP America can create and develop to accommodate the specific needs of an airport,” says Michael Svagdis, CEO of SSP. “Working closely with our partners at SFO, we were able to design a dining concept that not only meets the needs of passengers traveling through Terminal 3, but elevates their whole experience.”
The concept has a full-service bar with a line-up of 30 taps and 30 bottled beers. More than half of the draft beers are brewed in California. Notable brews include Anchor Brewing Anchor Steam Beer, Lagunitas IPA, Almanac Golden Gate Gose, Golden Road Berliner Weisse and Firestone Wookey Jack Black Rye IPA.
The restaurant serves all three meals. Menu items include Pier 39 farmhouse eggs, Dungeness crab cake sandwiches, pulled pork banh mi, soups, salads and flatbreads.
