United And OTG Introduce ‘Gavi’ At IAH

United Airlines and OTG have opened Gavi, an Italian restaurant with an al fresco-style dining option, in Terminal E of Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH).

Gavi, in collaboration with Houston chef Ryan Pera, features a pairing of the chef’s own family recipes with locally sourced ingredients. The menu features a range of antipasti including Arancini stuffed with pesto and Pecorino; Italian Sausage and Pepperonata; and Roasted Carrots with Ricotta Salata and Romanesco. Main dishes include a variety of freshly-made pizzas and traditional house-made pastas, including a traditional Amatriciana made with fresh rigatoni, and a hearty Spaghetti Carbonara. Southern Italian-inspired ancient grain bowls and salads are also featured.
