Vino Volo is the newest food and beverage concept on the International Jetty Expansion at Montreal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International (YUL).
“Our new Montreal store is our third location in Canada and reinforces our position as an international trusted wine authority,” says Doug Tomlinson, founder and CEO of Vino Volo. “Because we research and assemble our wine lists so carefully and make our wine flights central to the experience, Vino Volo is known as a destination where our guests from around the world can discover wines that they truly like.”
Guests can choose to sample wine by the glass or by the flight, and food pairings include small plates such as smoked salmon rolls, brie and prosciutto sandwich, cheese and charcuterie plate, truffled penne and cheese, and chickpea and chorizo chili. Customers also will be able to sample and buy product to carry onto their flights. The company also offers a wine club and loyalty program.
