Westfield Concession Management’s Business Development and Leasing team has announced two staffing changes.
Ellery Plowman has been named vice president of business development and leasing, effective March 29. In her new job, she will be responsible for leading all new business opportunities and leasing activities on behalf of Westfield concession Management. For the past eight years, she has led the national expansion of Rosetta Stone Ltd in her role as director of retail development. She has a bachelor’s degree in general studies in marketing/fashion merchandising from Radford University.
In addition, Jaime Ambrosio has been named senior leasing manager. His 15 years of experience include working with the Cafaro Co. Prime Retail, Faison & Associates and most recently, the Ariel Retail Group. Jaime earned a bachelor of arts degree from Ohio University.
Because of the changes, Ambrosio will have contract responsibilities for Ronald Reagan Washington National (DCA), Washington Dulles International (IAD) and Newark Liberty International (EWR) Terminals A and B; Judy Tuttle will be responsible for EWR Terminal C, John F. Kennedy International (JFK) Terminal 8 and George Bush Intercontinental (IAH) Terminal E; and Iris Messina, Boston Logan International (BOS), Orlando International (MCO), Miami International (MIA) Central Terminal and all specialty leasing.
The company says it will ensure that the transition of any existing deal is finalized with the existing leasing manager; all new prospecting and lease opportunities will be managed according to the aforementioned assignments.
