Westfield Names Waller Senior Vice President Of Business Development, Leasing

Westfield Concessions Management has named Joe Waller senior vice president of business development and leasing.

“With over a decade of industry-leading experience, I have long followed Joe’s career and couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome him to our leadership team,” says Dominic Lowe, executive vice president of Westfield LLC. “Joe’s impeccable reputation and vast expertise in developing winning retail and dining programs will prove invaluable as Westfield continues to raise the bar on the consumer experience in airports around the country.”

In his role, Waller will lead new business and leasing activities in Westfield’s airports portfolio which includes Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 6 and the Tom Bradley International Terminal at Los Angeles International (LAX), and Terminal 5 at Chicago O’Hare International (ORD).

“As anyone who has visited the new Tom Bradley International Terminal at LAX will tell you, Westfield is creating revolutionary retail and dining experiences for travelers,” says Waller. “I could not be more excited about working with this excellent team and bringing the Westfield experience to more airports.”

Waller most recently served as vice president of business development for HMSHost Corp. Prior to his time at HMSHost, he was senior consultant and general counsel at Landrum & Brown in Cincinnati.
