Westfield Wins Concessions at EWR

The Port Authority of New York-New Jersey (PANYNJ) selected Westfield Concession Management to take over 52,000 square feet of concessions space at Terminals A and B in Newark-Liberty International (EWR).

Westfield will develop opportunities, increase customer satisfaction by enhancing offerings, updating store designs and providing national branded concepts.

DeCota told the board that Westfield’s “retail industry standards will ensure that tenants are performing at their highest levels and complying with the airport rules and standards,” the publication reported.

Westfield will receive an annual management fee of 1.25% of gross receipts up to $80M, 1.75% from $80M to $100M, and 4% of more than $100M.
