Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky International (CVG) has a new service to give travelers easier personal mobility within the airport.
The WHILL Model A is a personal mobility device designed for anyone to be able to drive. They will be available April 4-10 at the terminal ticketing level. Passengers must complete a one-minute transaction and familiarization and then will be on their way.
“Offering an unforgettably positive experience is at the core of CVG,” says Candace McGraw, CEO of CVG. “Passengers will now have a new way to get around, whether it’s for fun or convenience. We’re always looking for innovative ways to improve the airport experience and enhance our accessibility offerings. WHILL allows fast, easy and comfortable transportation from when a passenger checks in until they reach their gate.”
The WHILL Rental service is the next commercial test of an ongoing pilot program.
