Elevate Gourmet Brands has opened Whisk & Bowl, a European-inspired bakery and pastry shop, at Dallas-Ft. Worth International (DFW) and plans to open a second kiosk-based location at the airport later this summer.
Located near Gate A14 in Terminal A, Whisk & Bowl features a large, colorful display of fresh-made pastries, brownies, cupcakes, mini and full-size Bundt cakes, treats and local favorites including sweet and savory kolaches.
Whisk & Bowl also serves Green Beans Coffee, as well as breakfast served all day, all in a design that features dark wood, European marble and intricate tile-work.
Elevate Gourmet Brands says it is currently in the build-out phase of a Whisk & Bowl kiosk in DFW Terminal C that should be completed in the coming months.
