Global airport retail executives will gather in June in Dublin for the FTE World Airport Retailing Summit to examine new approaches and strategies for airport-operator business models.
The Future Travel Experience World Airport Retailing Summit conference will deliver an unrivaled learning experience, and provide a platform for some of the most progressive new approaches around the world to help inspire radical new business models between stakeholders, and new ways of thinking.

Scheduled to take place June 7-9, the summit will tackle key issues including commercial models, retail space mixes, and digital, workforce and sustainability initiatives that can enhance the passenger experiences. To set the stage, a panel analyzing ways to “future proof” the airport retail sector will include Fraser Brown, retail director for Heathrow Airport (LHR); Kim Gray, senior vice president airports for Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield; Joachim Lupnaav Johnsen, executive vice president commercial for Avinor; and Sujata Kumar Suri, vice president, strategy and development for Hamad International Airport (DOH).
A panel tackling the digital marketplace will include Ben-Jie Lim, head of e-commerce for AirAsia; Benjamin Ritschel, vice president, digital strategy and core services for Fraport; Richard Hill, vice president growth, EMEA/APEC for Cavu; Wassim Saade, founder and CEO of Inflyter; and Jeff Livney, chief experience officer, Servy.
