Yablun Named CEO Of OTG

OTG Concessions Management announced that Jeff Yablun will be its new chief executive officer (CEO), tasked with leveraging his expertise in airport hospitality management, strategic planning, and market expansion to drive the company’s vision forward.

Yablun brings a wealth of experience to his new role, most recently serving as chief operating officer of HMSHost. OTG said Yablun has a strong track record of implementing innovative strategies and delivering exceptional results and is well-equipped to lead the company into its next phase of development.

“We are thrilled to welcome Jeff to OTG as our new CEO,” said Thomas Fricke, OTG’s chairman of the board. “Jeff’s proven leadership skills and strategic vision make him the ideal candidate to lead our company forward. We are confident that under Jeff’s guidance, OTG will continue to thrive and innovate in the dynamic airport hospitality landscape.”

Along with his role as board chairman, Fricke had been serving as interim CEO of OTG since January, after longtime CEO Rick Blatstein left the company. Yablun takes over as CEO effective immediately. According to his LinkedIn profile, Yablun retired from HMSHost in January 2020 after 26 years with the company. Thus far, his career in the airport concessions industry has spanned more than 35 years.

“I am honored to join OTG and work alongside its talented team to further enhance our offerings and exceed the expectations of our guests,” Yablun said. “Together, we will elevate OTG’s commitment to delivering unparalleled hospitality experiences while exploring new avenues for growth and innovation.”
