Elevate Gourmet Brands and ACDBE partner Ebon Glenn announced that their second Mac + Cheese Kitchen concept restaurant will open at Mineta San Jose International Airport (SJC) next year.
The first Mac + Cheese Kitchen is successfully operating at San Francisco International (SFO), providing local beer and wine selections and a menu that includes The BBQ Pulled Pork Mac with a sous vide cheddar cheese blend, slow-roasted pulled pork and our Green Beans Cold Brew BBQ Sauce.
The mac and cheese dishes can be customized with a broad selection of toppings, and the restaurant also offers sides, salads and healthy, gluten-free and non-GMO options.
“Mac + Cheese Kitchen is really the first gourmet mac and cheese concept in the airport space,” says Glenn. “Diners are always on the lookout for something new and airports have become the place to showcase new concepts.”
