HMSHost this week announced the appointment of four associates to vice president positions, including Barbara Callaway as vice president of national lounge operations and Annie Dremstedt as vice president for human resources.
The global concessionaire also said that Shayna Iglesias has been promoted to HMSHost vice president of marketing, public relations and communications, while Tosin Kasali has been named the company’s new vice president of business development.
Callaway joined HMSHost at the peak of the pandemic, leading the company’s American Airlines operations as the senior director, national lounge operations. In her new role, she will be managing the overall relationship between HMSHost and American Airlines, delivering superior customer service to passengers in HMSHost’s American Airlines Lounges.
Dremstedt joined the company in 2018 as senior director of organizational development and learning. Moving forward, she will be responsible for leading and directing the strategic human capital plan related to talent management, talent development, talent acquisition and organizational development.
Iglesias is being promoted from senior director, marketing and promotions to her new vice president position, while Kasali, is being moved up from director of business development and finance, and will be tasked with providing strategic leadership of a full array of airport markets for HMSHost.
