SSP America will develop and operate six new restaurant concepts at Norman Mineta San Jose International (SJC) under a new contract with the airport.
In SJC Terminal A, SSP America will open Olla Cocina, a Mexican restaurant with local and seasonal ingredients, and California Market by David Kinch, a collaboration with James Beard Award Winning Chef David Kinch that will include a bakery, coffee shop, bar-restaurant and market.
In Terminal B, SSP America will operate local-cuisine focused San Pedro Square Market, with diverse brands such as Straits Hawker Street, featuring Asian-themed street food, Konjoe Burger with burgers with an Asian fusion twist, and District, which will have sharable plates, pizzas, house-made charcuterie and a full offering of wine, whiskey and craft cocktails.
Other Terminal B SSP America concepts under the new contract are Earthbar, featuring organic and healthy offerings, and Market Beer Company, focusing on local craft beers.
